The EverLogic DMS is an all-in-one, web-based dealership management solution with an optional mobile application. The standard license fee for EverLogic Core Desktop is $105 per month per license, with a three-license minimum. Administrators can add or remove licenses at any time. There is a one-time fee of $3,999 that covers training, white-glove implementation support, and everything your team needs to be fully operational within 30 days. The EverLogic Mobile App is $30 per month per license and can be used in lieu of EverLogic Core Desktop for some roles within your dealership.

Thirty days or fewer. Technically, you will have access to EverLogic within 24 hours of submitting your signed agreement and payment info. However, EverLogic is an enterprise system with many facets that will impact different areas of your business, so there are some things that you need to learn before maximizing your usage of EverLogic...and we’ll walk you through each step.

Yes. Adding new locations in EverLogic is simple and very easy to do. And you won’t be charged anything extra outside of normal license fees.

EverLogic’s customer support team is reliable, and there to answer any of your questions or concerns. If you need assistance, you can create a ticket in EverLogic by clicking the customer support button within the application. Once you have added all the necessary information, you can expect to hear back from our team in less than an hour during normal business hours. You can also contact us at (904) 998- 4066 from 8:30am EST - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday. There is typically no wait time to speak with a real human in our Jacksonville, FL office during normal business hours.

We require a $315 minimum to maintain good standing with EverLogic. This is equivalent to three EverLogic Core Desktop licenses or a combination of Core Desktop and Mobile licenses per month.
